FLUIDIC CAPITAL is the advisory practice of Kurt S. Gluck, specializing in commercial real estate finance, structured debt, and institutional capital placement.

We work with experienced sponsors, entrepreneurs, and family offices to structure financing for projects that frequently fall outside conventional bank lending guidelines. Our role is to develop capital strategies, structure transactions, coordinate stakeholders, and source financing solutions optimized to each project's objectives.

Our Story

FLUIDIC CAPITAL began as a response to the evolving client needs of a group of business principals and real estate investors who did business with Kurt S. Gluck.

After developing his transaction experience at Flip Funding, he established FLUIDIC CAPITAL and advised clients across a range of financing mandates.

The continued loyalty of his clients, grounded in trust, consistent execution and the quality of his counsel, enabled FLUIDIC CAPITAL to grow over the years, even during the period in which Kurt briefly stepped away from full-time work to focus on his family.

Biography

Kurt S. Gluck

Founder · FLUIDIC CAPITAL

Kurt S. Gluck is the founder of FLUIDIC CAPITAL, advising clients across real estate finance, capital structuring and a diverse range of financing transactions.

At Flip Funding, he progressed from a sales role to a C-level position leading the firm’s sales organization. After eight years, he founded FLUIDIC CAPITAL to help clients identify capital solutions suited to their projects.

His work is guided by intellectual curiosity, disciplined execution and long-standing client relationships. Earlier experience as a DJ and musician also shaped his creativity and ability to connect across cultures.
